Vegas resources en masse

Hi guys .... just to let you know (with SoFo's blessing) that a wealth of resources are available for Vegas 4 via a 3rd party forum site or two.

Firstly, Digital Media Net has a specialised Vegas forum at:

http://www.dmnforums.com/cgi-bin/displaywwugindex.fcgi?forum=sonic-foundry_vegas&endday=90&dire=4

(or alternatively go to http://www.dmnforums.com and choose the "Select a Forum" button at left. You will also notice there are a truckload of other forums there as well - many of these complement Vegas 4 so have a wander around).

Second, is our very own Douglas Spotted Eagle's site at http://www.sundancemediagroup.com where there are literally hundreds of tutorials, scripts, hints, tricks and other goodies for Vegas, Sound Forge and other apps.

Now I admit that to gain the benefit of these places, you have to register (same as you did for this SoFo forum), but it is painless and the ability to then access all these resources is well worth it trust me!

Have fun! And if you need anything, just shout!

Cheers!

Thanks a lot. Had a quick look. The first double posting I spotted was from DSE himself :-) Pun intended.

DSE is VERY active at DMN - hence the reason I thought a lot of folk might like to know about it. And if you haven't seen his tutorial listing on the Sundance site - including dozens of veg files you can download - you don't know what you are missing!

David,
Thanks for the leads. Don't forget Creative Cow, another great site.
Concerning the Sundance Media Group site, I must be missing something because all
I could find on the site where seminar promotions. Is there a location where all these hundreds of items you refer to are located? Thanks

You know what they say about hiding something in plain site. The link to the tutorials and realated stuff is in the upper left hand corner right about the blue lettering. You can get there from my site, just follow the SPOT link. Right above the VASST blue lettering where it says click me.

You're right about it being in plain site. And I had my glasses on, too. Yeh, lots of nice stuff. I see you have a tutorial on there. I'll check your site out at a later time. Many thanks.
