Vegas Scene Rotation Stereoscopy bug

I was editing a 3D 360 video and needed to reorient it so added the Scene Rotation FX and was pleasantly surprised to see the Stereoscopy option. I clicked the Top-and-Bottom option and noticed it adds a horizontal line across the middle of each image. (and doesn't seem to do anything else?)

I ignored it, rendered it, added metadata and uploaded it to YouTube before I noticed the line was added to the rendered video!?!?!

Here are links to the versions with the lines: (I rendered an over/under version and an anaglyph)

And with the stereoscopy option set to none.

This has been discussed before. I don't think it is correctable.
