VEGAS STOPPED WORKING!

I have a problem when editing any video inside Vegas, the program just randomly stops working.

I have already performed the recommendations given by Magix support.

- Options > Preferences > Video > "Dynamic RAM Preview max" > set to zero.
- GPU acceleration of video processing: Set Off.

However, with this configuration the edition becomes heavier, more blocked and consequently Vegas stops working more frequently.

This problem about ntdll.dll was raised back in late 2021 - https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/was-working-fine-but-now-crashing-on-start-up--131771/#ca821116

... and resetting Vegas back to its default (factory) settings worked for that person. Follow the link provided by vkmast in that other post to get to the instructions about how to reset.
