Vegas Stream not able to do 1080p 60?

Looking at my project, I only have the option to set my Vegas Stream up to 1080 30. Can it go higher with better hardware? Is it able to have a project setting up to 4k 60?

These are the options available in VEGAS Stream:

Looking toward the future, the streaming capabilities will be added to Titler Live and will offer many more options than those listed above including 4k options.

Vividcast has been discontinued. For those that purchased Vividcast, they will get a version of Titler Live with the broadcast functionality once that is released. That is all stated on the NewBlue website as well.
