VEGAS TUTORIAL “Super 8 Film Look with VEAGS Pro”

After watching this TUTORIAL, I am trying to install the plugin from this tutorial. The plugin comes with Preset Manager 2.0 that is used to install the plugin. However it does not seem to install the plugin into my VEGAS Pro 22 plugins. What am I doing wrong? – Many Thanks
