Vegas UI scaling to hi-res screen issue

Has the issue in prior versions (i have 13) been resolved in 14? That is, icons appear very small on the vegas interface screen when using a high resolution monitor on a small physical screen size. see bottom line of attached screen shot

It's fixed in VP14 but there are some reports that the icons are blurry. You didn't attach a screen shot.

$200 seems a lot to spend to fix that problem as i don't really need the other new features, but i'll figure that one out. Certainly it's worth a trial if they do that.
