Vegas Video 3.0c vs Avid Xpress DV 3.5.3 ?

We all know that VV is better than Premiere, but what about Xpress DV ? What has Avid that VV doesn't have ? Apart from the publicity.

Let's not bullshit ourselves avid has better media file handling than vegas. That's preety much it but other than that I think vegas is a bang for you dollar.
