Vegas Video 4 Retail V's OEM

I know the OEM version of VV4 is on a single CD, and believe there are 2 CD's with the boxed version, but just wondered what is on the 2nd CD that comes with the full retail pack.
Most importantly, are the tutorials on the 2nd CD.

Can't decide whether to buy VV, OEM, with some hardware I'm purchasing, or go for the boxed version, which of course is the more expensive option.

Thanks.

As far as I can remember the only thing that is on the second CD is the free samples of the video loops. I believe the program and all the tutorials and mauals are on the main disc.

I also think you can download the constituents of the 1st CD from Sonic Foundry - ie here. You download the demo.

Then if you purchase from an advanced reseller like RSVP.ca - they will email you the serial key. When you license this with your machine/s keys - either manually or with your PC webconnected = automatically. You are then a legal Vegas user.

The important part being that Sonic Foundry has your correct details and the right initial key from the advanced reseller.

I didn't bother with the content disc as it cost to have it shipped and could have cost me as much again in duty on the tangible asset. Nobody mentions the content disc - so can't think it can be anything special. Put the money aside for some loopable jumpbacks etc!

Thanks.

Much of my software, is retail boxed, but I've never even looked at the manuals. Generally, 3rd party publications are required to learn any respectable program.
My old CorelDraw suite comes with three disks, but everything you want is contained on disk 1. This, as I suspected, appears to be the case with VV4. May as well save myself some cash to spend at Amazon, (or on some "loopable jumpbacks" ???????).

Thanks for posting.
