Vegas Video and Matrox RT.X10

We're looking to build a NLE system to include DVD authoring and are looking at the Matrox card RT.X product (10/100). While it comes bundled with Premiere, I happen to love using VV3. Is anyone using the card now with VV3? Does the Vegas Video capture utility drive the Matrox card? Should I capture with the Premiere utility, then edit with VV3?

Any suggestions are welcomed.

Vegas does not work with this card. You'll be able to open and save matrox files, but that's it.
