Vegas Video & Pinnacle board

Hi,
Just got the Pinnacle Delux package and I want to use it with
Vegas (capture,edit,output to an external monitor or tape).
I can do all this with Pinnacle studio 7 but I realy like the Vegas.
The card has AV/DV capebilities (in & out), and it's an IEE1394 compitible.
So why Vegas does not recognize it ?

My Pinnacle Studio DV board specifically states that it is OCHI COMPLIANT, which is not exactly the same thing as compatible, from a legal standpoint. Just because something is 1394 compatible doesn't make it OCHI Compliant. My card is a bit older, but it is COMPLIANT and works just fine.
