http://www.vegasusers.com/

The vegasusers.com site is not a place to gripe, complain, request features, or obtain technical support. This is only for users to share productive ideas. Any off color, off topic, or abusive postings will be removed.

The site is also brand new, as is the software, so please be patient with the occasional bug. Project file upload and sharing features will be added in a day or two. The video sharing site will be rolled into this one soon. Please let me know what you folks think and feel free to suggest ideas for improvements.

Chienworks,

Thanks - Been There! - Done That! - Signed Up!

Suggestion: Uploading "Stills" examples of clip experiments, as an indication of work in progress to point to what is being created, eg my last thingy 'bout "Mirroring" - yeah?

This product and its customer base just gets better and better and better!

Grazie

IanG, i guess there are a few main differences -

- vegasusers.com is not associated with SonicFoundry, so we shouldn't expect them to monitor it or answer questions there. It's intention is for helpful information only and should not contain any complaints, bug reports, rants, feature requests, etc.

- It will allow uploads of project files for educational purposes.

- It will incorporate the video sharing site that i've already had online for a while.

It's certainly not intended to draw people away from this forum. However, there have been a lot of comments lately, especially in the Vegas forum area, that people wanted a venue that is entirely helpful tips without having to wade through other types of messages.

Chienworks, makes sense to me! Any thoughts on how cross-postings will be handled? E.g. the recent postings on pixelating faces - the original post and your initial reply belong here (IMHO, of course) while my reply could be classed as a tip and therefore belongs in vegasusers.com.

Cheers
