Vegas 13.04.453 can't start because it gets stuck on "Komplete Kontrol" every time and the really screwed up part is that it's impossible to kill the Vegas130.exe executable in Task Manager! Are we in 1995?

So the only way out of this is to reboot, which means on restarting the app, the scanning process begins again and gets stuck on "Komplete Kontrol" again and again it's impossible to kill the vegas130.exe executable in Task Manager!
