Vegas window will not maximize after minimize.

Under Vista 64 -- if I minimize Vegas sometimes it sticks to the lower taskbar and nothing will maximize it except Task Manager. This is annoying and only occurs in Vista 64 for me.

Am I missing a setting somewhere? Is it Vegas or Vista?

It's not Vista. At least not for me. Try it with another program. That will elimate or prove Vista in your case.

Does right-clicking on taskbar at relevant program and selecting restore or maximise help at all?

I'm fairly sure this is only happening with Vista 64 and only with Vegas and only at odd times.. My laptop runs 32 bit Vista and I don't notice the problem with Vegas or anything else. Right click for restore or maximize does not work nor does anything else like the very nifty "switch between windows". You'd think "min and max" would be functions of the operating system. Weird.
