Vegas2Handbrake and VP13 latest version not working

I'm in somewhat of a panic - Not sure what has happened but my primary NLE - PPro CS6 has all of a sudden quit working on my Laptop (Media Encoder refuses to render anything - either h264 or Cineform AVI's - Not sure why but I'm in the middle of a busy time and I'm being left with no other option but to edit in Vegas Pro 13 v 545. I need to deliver h264 finished videos to the production houses I work with. Problem is no matter what I try, I can't get Vegas2Handbrake to work. After 2 hours of following instructions to the letter - I'm still getting the following error messages when I try the render script:

C:\Program Files\VEGAS\VEGAS Pro 13.0\Script Menu\frameserve_scripts\Send2HandBrake.js(19) : Variable 'Timecode' has not been declared
C:\Program Files\VEGAS\VEGAS Pro 13.0\Script Menu\frameserve_scripts\Send2HandBrake.js(52) : Variable 'RenderStatus' has not been declared

I've followed the read me file to the letter - I even went so far as to do a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro and all my apps - nothing seems to work as it should be. I've done searching online with no resolution as well.

I'm in a panic as I'm not sure what else to try to get the script to work as I have 2 shoots this week that require 48 hour turnaround on edits - Please help!!! 😨

If this already is the Magix branded version of VP13 you probably need to adopt one of the scripts, similar as said here at "3. Script File Send2HandBrake", but keep all the VP13 related things.

I discovered I had to use the script version that says "import Sony.Vegas;" before anything would work - I'm not sure why given I was using the revised script that was talked about in that particular thread - which was the one throwing the error messages when activating the script. I finally got it to work just now after two days of pulling my hair out trying to get this to work. Since I'm still not on Vegas Pro 14 yet, I wanted to do more thorough testing before I decide to commit to the upgrade. My needs are simple for the work I do and given that PPro CS6 is giving me grief on my laptop (due to a small living situation, I have no room for my desktop and thus having to edit on my laptop) I wanted to see if Vegas Pro 13 would do as well as Adobe's memory hog NLE. Going to test more to see but I have a feeling this is the catalyst for finally making the switch.
