vegas4 & mpeg2 settings

hello there...
can someone assist me with info re 'MainConcept MPEG2' - how to you change the Custom settings. the 'Custom' button doesn't do anything?

you've got to remove that key, after what vegas 4 's gonna ask you to register the plug!!
