Vegas4 no launch prob:

On my system(s) it's Emagic's XSkey that's causing Vegas not to launch.
This must be fixed ASAP ! I can't run to the machineroom and unplug the XSkey every time I wan't to use Vegas...

A little more info on the XSkey... izat a hardware dongle? System specs, apps etc. would be good info to share too.

You might try checking for IRQ conflict, or disable the emagic drivers when running V4...
