Yes, it's included - there are two different files to download, though.

-edit - just noticed the word "packaged" - they'll both be on the CD or DVD from Sony

but i'd recommend you get the download with the shipped stuff if you want the disk. Same price after shipping & with the download you get the SN right away as opposed to waiting for it to arrive in the mail. :D
