Vegas8 Registration

OK, well ive finished the 3 projects i was working on and im bout to instal V8 (never install halfway through a job...)

can i instal V8 on 2 machines? My lappy and my Desktop? Ive got 3 machines, but the 2 main ones are what need V8.
Just thought id check before i go forward

As far as I know yes.
I think you can install on 3 machines before you need to plead your case to SCS.
The only restriction is you can only use one licence at a time.
One reason why I upgrade, I can quite legally run V4,V5,V6,V7 and V8 on different machines and have one capturing, one editing and one rendering all under different versions of Vegas.

Im work in a very similar fashion, however with MPG smartrendering, things have changed in regard to how we do our doco edits.. Basically smartrendering has taken about 2 steps off the workflow streamlining it to a point of using V7 for capture and drafts and V8 for the master outputs
