I was able to purchase a Vegasaur license mid-January 2025. But, the license file they sent me doesn't appear to work. I copied it into the Vegasaur 4 directory, and the installation wizard sees it, but when I start Vegas 22 I am told I am still on the trial. No response from Vegasaur customer service (1 week). Vegas 22, Windows 11 pro.
I've had Vegasaur for several years and it is working in VP22. That is the same message I received when I purchased it and how to activate it: Your license file (vegasaur4.lic) is attached to this email. Copy it to the folder of your hard disk where Vegasaur is installed (the default is C:\Program Files\Vegasaur\4.0).
I recently bought Vegasaur Toolkit after my trial expired. When I try to download my license file from the email link, it only gives me a 54 KB file that says “Your license file has been sent to [another email address similar to mine]”.
I’ve contacted Vegasaur support multiple times and also through PayPro Global, but still no response. Has anyone else experienced this recently or received a valid .lic file in 2025?
Just trying to find out if their support is still active or if there’s another way to get the license.
Honestly, as far as i can see of their current behavior and non-response to many of their customers.... I am only left to draw the sad conclusion that they seem to be out of business.
As far as I remember, Vegasaur was developed in Russia. Russia is at war with Ukraine for quite some time, this does not create a stable environment to continue developing and publishing Vegasaur, not to mention financial assets being frozen due to international sanctions...

Exactly the same. I have told the payment gateway people about this thread and asked for my money back under as they are taking money under false pretences.
