Vegasaur Film Looks does not install in Vegas Pro 20 on Windows 11

UPDATE: After a system reboot, the Film Looks installed properly. Don't know what origiinally caused the problem. All good now.

We purchased theVegasaur FilmLooks Bundle, only to find out after downloading it that it will not install in Vegas 20 on Windows 11.

The error message looks like it’s trying to replace some files in a Sony Vegas Extensions folder, but Vegas is no longer a Sony product.

Is Vegasaur still in business? We've had no response to messages to their support address.
