It's likely the example you listed was not video at all, but rather a still image sequence from still cameras shot at longer intervals than the frame rate of video.



Here is a more time-compressed example where the people begin to disappear and just the machines move around the floor.

If you haven't already shot the video or if you can shoot the segment again, stills may produce the look you are after.

I can achieve this with interval setting on my HPX 170.
Can set from a few frames per shot to a few seconds.
Similar to what would be achieved with still shots.
