I've applied some cropping and motion to what was a static clip and find that some sections have this annoying venician blind look to areas of the frame. Areas that are moving vertically seem to be the most problematic. How can I get rid of this?
This could be a couple of things, including interlacing. But I ran into this and found when I rendered at BEST QUALITY, it went away. I had make some small frames and ran credits underneath. The frames looked like they were interlace, even though I was playing it on a TV from DV tape. After rendering at BEST, it went away.
I did render at "best." I'm wondering if it's a software issue -- being complicated by interlacing -- having to do with the moving video and the moving frame [crop].
