Hi,

Today I tried to run my paid for & registered copy of VF and got a message that it wasn't installed properly. The maintenance feature of the installer did nothing to fix this. I had to uninstall and reinstall, losing all my preferences. How often does this happen? I have several pull-out hard drives for source material -- is VF hardware keyed so this is going to happen every time I change drives, or was this just some sort of accident?
