According to the BorisFX website, Sapphire - unlike Silhouette - is supported on Vegas - so I'd suggest a call to Boris would be worth a shot.

I'm not familiar with Boris FX so was merely querying whether Boris FX Sapphire was part of MochaVEGAS.

It's a separate suite of Fx: https://borisfx.com/products/sapphire/ I don't believe it's been bundled with VEGAS (at least not in recent years).

@just Please contact customer service and provide the serial number along with your purchasing information and the exact version of Boris FX Sapphire, along with its serial number. Then they may can rectify your issue.
