@just Please contact customer service and provide the serial number along with your purchasing information and the exact version of Boris FX Sapphire, along with its serial number. Then they may can rectify your issue.
I still have Sapphire Units working from a previous version of Vegas Pro Suite going back a few years. Never ever an issue.
But I think that @Steve_Rhoden is right. Contact Boris FX and ask them about the issues. They are usually quick to respond and give the necessary information to help.
