I remember long ago I used the Newtek Flyer at a company and it had a lot of 2D and 3D effects like a football that went across the screen and changed the picture. I decided to go for Vegas Video because it seemed like the best option for the PC.
I noticed on the comparison between the Vegas Video Studio and Vegas 6 that it said the Studio had 550+ 2D and 3D transitions and Vegas 6 just had a checkmark. I figured this meant that it had it all also, but I can't seem to find very many transitions, just the basics, wipes, flashes, etc.
It did come with Boris FX Lt., but I don't see any presets right off and it doesn't work right in Vegas unless you upgrade.
So the question is, do I upgrade to Boris FX full version (is it worth it), or is their some other package that has a bunch of preset transitions that I can just dump in Vegas and use in Slide Show presentations and things like that? Anyone know of something that has themed things you can buy, like wedding transitions, sports, etc.?
Thanks for any help you can give me.
