Video/Audio Tracks

Hi, How do you make the audio/video tracks not appear automatically, like they do in Vegas Pro. I am using Vegas Movie Studio Platinum Edition 9.0

I don't think I understand the question. I don'nt use the Studio version. Do the tracks (empty) appear automatically when you start the program?

Yep. You get three video and three audio tracks on the timeline every time you start a new project. You can enable viewing of up to one more of each type of track. I don't know if you delete any of them.

Incidentally this really freaked me out the first time i used the full version of Vegas ... there were no tracks on the timeline! Took me a few moments to figure out how to get anything done.
