Video become strange, after rendering, but only in full screen mode

I use Vegas Pro 16.0

This happen only in full screen mode, and only when you watch it. I mean, if i try to take a screenshot with "Stamp" key and copying it on paint it will show the normal video, not the distorted one. In fact i will upload picture that i took with my phone, hope that someone will help me

Your screenshot does not show the build #, it's the project properties.

Your build # is available via the main menu "Help/About".
