Video Capture

I can not get the video to show up in the capture screen through my PCI TV Tuner card (PCI 2309 Proteus) Inter video WinDVR card I went through every setting I can think of. I have an other editing program and that one works with the card with no problem.
I have Sony Video Capture 6, Win XP Pro,

Tell us more. What other video editing program works with the card? Are you trying to capture the content that is being displayed by your PCI TV Tuner --- like TV shows?
