video capture HELP

I am useing Movie Studio 8.0 I I need help with the Video Capture Settings? First off I will be capturing Video from an Analog VCR?

Q/A One what is the Diferance between NTSC DV 720 x 480 and NTSC Standard 720 x 486? Is Standard more Sqware in size??

Q/A Two in the drop down list for Field Order it has ....none prograsive scan or ......upper field first or...lower field first?? I will be capturing video from an Analog VCR so it will be an Interlased Image so sould I set it to NONE PROGRASIVE SCAN or UPPER FIELD FIRST???

Q/A Three what sould I set the Deinterlased Mathod to it is a dropdown list and it has.....Blend Fields.......None........Interpolate Fields??

A lot of the answers depend on how you will be getting the analog signal from the VCR into the computer. What hardware will you be using?

NTSC is always interlaced lower field first, so in answer to your 2nd and 3rd questions, don't mess with any of that. Vegas will default to the correct settings.
