I am using a Gateway computer running V8c on Vista. There seems to be a conflict when I plug in a firewire camcorder. The autoplay window allows me to capture with MS movie maker and Nero but when I use Sony capture it tell me the AVerMedia card is busy. Any suggestions? Gateway tells me the AVerMedia card works and so it must be a software problem.
