Video crawls

Looking for a way for video events to move from right to left using an effect similar to picture-in-picture. The effect I'm trying to make shows a series of separate video events passing before the viewer, each event with a border, with a common background. I guess the effect would be similar to a text crawl but using video clips rather than text.

Is this available using a plug-in? What do you all suggest?

Dead easy . . use track motion.

Video 1 on Track 1 - Use track motion keframes to move video right to left

Video 2 on Track 2 - Use track motion keframes to move video right to left BUT this time sequence Vid2 to follow driectly AFTER Vid1

.. and so on and so on . . ..

Is this a plugin? Well nah . . BUT save it as a Veg and you now have the template to do it again . TIME and TIME again! and wot with nested T/Ls and veggies! kewllll....

. .. oh . .and sorry . . MAKE all the videos LESS than the actuall frame? Maybe 1/3 for starters and then see what you want . .AND on the LOWEST track put your backgound . . . seeessshhh.. forgot that too .. .

And remember to set Smoothness to 0 (preferably on the very first keyframe otherwise you'll have to do it each and every time) or you'll be back asking "why does it speed up and then slow down?"
