Video decreases in Quality after rendering, and thensome after YouTube

Hello all,

I have recently came across a rather upsetting problem in Vegas Pro 15. I have been trying to record video gameplay of mount and blade warband. I noticed after rendering the quality of video drops from the original raw video. This is upsetting, as I am trying to be as professional as possible. This problem only gets worse as I upload to YouTube in which my videos look quite terribleIs there anyway for me to capture the resolution of the original raw recordings quality? I put in some screenshots for my setup. I honestly do not know what the problem is? I always try to match the video settings of the video I am editing, but it seems like I am doing something wrong. Any help would be appreciated. I'd upload the raw footage here, but its about an hour in length and not even my post render video of 10 minutes fits here.

Okay, so in short I should try to use HandBrake as the file size may be causing problems? Is that how you got my sample video to look like it did?

Edit: I think I may try to edit/render a source from a different video game and see if anything different happens. I know its a weird situation, but looking back. I really only notice this problem arising from one specific video game that I play.

I think it might actually be the game that's causing problems. I just uploaded this with less issues. Impressive.
