Video disappeared from Video Preview

Using VMS 16 Platinum on Window 10, I cut out a few sections from my project and all went well. But now I have a section of my project where everything is as it should be on the timeline, both video and audio. However, when my project hits that one section it disappears from my Video Preview window... but the audio continues fine. Once it gets past that section all is good again. Any ideas what happened and how to put it back in the preview window? Will that affect the final movie created?

Show us a screenshot from that timeline at the place of that special section

Thank you so much for chiming in. I just figured it out. I had somehow slid the opacity bar all the way down so it was essentially transparent on the screen.
Thanks again for offering to help. When I enlarged it to do a screen shot, that's how I saw the opacity button along the bottom.
