I download some videos from Google Photos and try to import them to VEGAS.
One is not showing video and others all not importing. please check this out.

and AMD driver downgraded to 23.7.2

Both of these videos are in the VP09 codec. I would say the this codec is not compatible with VEGAS at this time. Try converting them to a compatible codec.
It appears the audio in the first file can be read by VEGAS which is why it appears on the timeline. Not sure why the audio in the second file could not be read as it appears to be in the same format.

Run them through a file converter to make a version that's compatible with VEGAS.
The files are VP9, not sure if they are supported yet in Vegas 21?
The VP9 files I download from Youtube, I convert in Shutter Encoder.
Change the Google settings so you don't get VP9 files. I forget the details but we discussed how when this "feature" was introduced.

When google photo setting is set to 'Storage saver', it will reencoding the movie media as VP9 codec.
To keep it original, go to 'Original Quality', but this will consume your google storage size quickly.
