Video event (not camera) shake

Is there an effect or a plugin that can shake a video event? I don't mean a camera shake where there whole images shakes. I want to shake one video element (e.g. text) briefly, to add drama. The shake would last 1-2 secs, the amplitude goes from max to zero.

Have a look at (via a trial) the Earthquake OFX in NewBlueFX's Stylisers module. You would need to have the title as a separate event on Vegas Pro's timeline and apply that FX to only the title event.

@Parser If you don't want to spend on a third party plugin, why not use the Vegas Titles and Text media generator. Use the earthquake preset and then use a velocity envelope to speed up and slow down the shake.

You need to split this element from the image first using mask, and then fill in the missing part of the image because of the masking out. Then add camera shake to the split element.
