Video Event resolution of video with 3840x1080 is Pressed Vegas pro 19

I want to edit this file in 1920x1080p but the shown resolution of 3840x1080p is so compressed that Its really annoying plus i cant really see stuff because its pressed you can edit with it but the visibility of what Iam editing is bad

3480x1080 is not the same shape of rectangle (aspect) as 1920x1080. That's why your pan/crop image is squished when you tried to change it.

Your preview is set at Preview/Auto resolution. That's about all anyone can tell from your screenshot.
