Video factory start up

Hi,

Can anyone walk me through the set up? I am not getting anywhere in this process. My system is registered but for some reason I am not able to transfer my video onto the sonic screen then onto my computer for editing.

Without knowing what you are doing, it might be hard. Can you explain the steps you have gone through to capture? That might give us a place to start.

Hi Dave,

I plugged in my digital video recorder, brought the videofactory screen up, tried to capture the viedo but captured a few slides and then was unable to view either of them on the sonic factory edit page.

I am obviously missing a step or two somewhere along the line.

Now my daughter is heading back to Portland, OR. and I am off to a training class.

Could I call you tomorrow?
