Hi - Could you help please. I have videoed a wedding which is coming out at approximately 2 hours 18 mins in length. It is to large to fit onto a dual layer DVD. I need to break the file into two so I can fit it onto 2 x DVDs. I am fairly new to this game. Could someone please help. Thank you
Hey, I just put the same amount of video on a single layer DVD using DVD Architect Studio's "Fit to Disc" feature. The bitrate came to 4.245 Mbps per second. It was for a school musical and the video quality looked just fine. While I might not recommend that low of a bitrate for your wedding video, I don't see any reason why you can't put it on a dual layer disc. Just find a good point to place the break-point (where is goes to the second layer). The DVDAS help file should tell you how to do that (search for "layer break").
