Why can't I have normal problems like other people?

Okay...Here it 'tis!

I need to take a 5 minute video clip from DVD and make a Motion JPEG file for a LCD picture/video frame.

The frame is a Pandigital Digital Photo Frame. It supports video (M-JPEG) as well as JPEG still and MP3s. I've ripped the clip to a AVI (DV). I've tried to use "SUPER" to create an M-JPEG using default settings. The frame recognizes the file, but will not play it.

Anyone have experience with this that can offer a bumfuddled guy some help?
