Video Fx box

When I add the cookie cutter to my video clip - the preview is in to the secnd window (in a tab with the video preview). It means I need to flick between the two tabs to see what the video is like. How do I move the video fx window box so I can view the preview screen and the settings at the same time?

I have done it but not sure how though so if someone does know. lol. Thanks

It sounds like you've docked the FX window in the docking area. Look in the upper left corner of the FX window and you'll see a vertical line of dots. Click on this line and drag it towards the timeline. It will undock and float, leaving you free to readjust the docking area as you see fit.
