Video FX only shows up after closing the FX window

For weeks I am having a problem with Sony Vegas Pro 13, that when I change something with FX it doesn't show up in the preview as it normally does. It only shows up after closing the FX-window.

I've already tried to reset and uninstall Sony Vegas, but nothing worked.

Welches Build von Vegas Pro 13 verwendest du denn?

Und hast du mal die GPU-Unterstützung unter »Optionen/Präferenze/Video« deaktiviert?

Windows update to 1703 changed both Intel & NVidia drivers. Needed to re install older driver set which fortunately I had pre-saved. Understand the rest of Creator updates due mid October.
