Are you referring to titles?

If so, you can create them yourself in VF. It's not a difficult process; the best way is to preview the titles as you create them, by resizing the Title/Text window on the left side of your screen so you can see what's going on in your VF preview window.

As for style, make notes on what you like in a "professional production." Then try and duplicate that in VF. As with all design, less is more. Avoid novelty typefaces -- and overrused ones such as Arial - and concentrate on legibility. Make trial renders to CD-ROM or VCD, then watch full-screen for legibility and effectiveness.

As for finding ready-made stuff on the web, it's just like desktop publishing: there's no such thing as instant coffee when it comes to design. You either have an aptitude for visual design and then learn the technology required to bring your ideas to fruition, or you find a trained graphic artist to do it for you.
