Video Preview Disappeared!!!

I've been using VV3 for 5 months now and today I was previewing a project by undocking the video preview. I then redocked the screen by dragging it down to the bottom right-hand side of the window and it disappeared!!! The "video preview" view is checked and I've toggled the Alt-6 but I cannot find my video preview. Did I drag it off to never-never land? I have tried restarting VV3 but no luck. I'm stumped. Is it hiding somewhere? I've tried clicking and dragging everywhere on the screen.

Hi Tom,

did it get snapped into the tabbed area? it might be found by scrolling the tabbed pane or maximizing the tabbed pane.

Another thought is to uncheck all the other windows to see if it reveals the preview.

Do you mean by the tab area the place where the mixer, explorer, transitions, and most of the other views normally reside? Yes, I have done that. And yes, I have turned off everything else and I still can't find it. Could I have pulled it out of the application window completely? Should I consider reinstalling? Really strange.

Look under your desktop task bar. Sometimes users detach views and they end up off the screen with only their title visible and usually this title sits under the windows desktop taskbar.
