There is this wierd thing going on where some of the screen on the right side in the preview is cut out and placed on the left side. The preview is kind of messed up as well, it is lower than before and it just looks wierd. I just suddenly happned today. Help needed.

Possibly, but more often than not, this kind of thing is due to a setting you have accidently applied.

Any fx or pan/crop applied?
Could be your gameplay capture media (OBS ?)
Process of elimination (swap meda types, etc.) will solve this.

I've seen something like this once before. Your problem may be different, but here's the one time I saw something like this ...
One other possible. Turn off GPU acceleration. Are you using 32 bit? Why?
I switched the place of the tracks and it fixed it, thank you everyone for helping!
