Video recording

When I capture video Vegas makes a new clip every time the camera was switched on during filming even though the video was all included in a single capture. How can I make Vegas ignor the camera switching and make a single clip for each capture period?

Go to Options > Preferences > Capture, and uncheck Enable DV Scene Detection.
