Is there any reason you're not rendering the clips with the audio included? Are you going to be using these files for further editing? If so, add the audio when you do the further edits.

Or, if these are finished MPEG2 files to be used in authoring the DVD, then you should render each one again into an audio-only AC3 file using the same file name except with the .ac3 extension. With the .mpg and .ac3 files in the same directory, when you add the .mpg file to the DVDArchitect project it will automatically find the audio in the .ac3 file and import it for you.
