I have movie studio 8.0 and I Rener As
Audio: 48,000 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo, PCM Uncompressed.
Video: 29.97 fps, 720x480, Lower field first.
Pixel Aspect Ratio: 0.909. OpenDML compatible.

Now I know this just meens the Audio will be Uncompressed because if I go into Customize and then click on the Video Tab I see Video Format and in the Dropdown List it has Compressed and Uncompressed.

If I use Uncompressed I know this is very very good but will I be about to open it ok in Movie Studio again if I have to I think I will?

Video compression and audio compression are completely separate and independent things. The choices under 'video format' are for the video, not the audio.

And yes, it will open fine in Movie Studio.

Now aside from the Video Tab and picking Uncompressed to get very good Quality for Video Rander.

When I first go into Costum the first Tab say Projects it says Video Quality and the Dropdown BOX says Good Draft Best.

How are these settings Diferant from the Video Tab and Picking Uncompressed?

What I meen is after I go into Costum and then under the Projesct Tab I set Video Quality dropdown to Draft I know this will be very poor.
Then I go to Video Tab and Pick Format Dropdown BOX Uncompressed.

If I pick Uncompressed it is very good quality but I set to Draft witch is poor what is going on?

Many people get very confused about this. Under the Projects tab, the quality settings are for how much time and effort the encoder will spend to get the best compression possible. Since you're rendering to uncompressed these settings will have no effect whatsoever.

Under the Audio tab, you can choose the audio compression, or PCM for uncompressed audio.

A slight correction. Even when rendering to an uncompressed format the "video rendering quality" settings on the project tab are relevant. They affect the quality of generated media such as tiltes and credits, transitions and effects.

Interesting. I had not noticed that to be the case.
