Its there... but kind of hard to find. :-)

1. click on VIEW on the MENU bar at the very top of Vegas. Check Video Bus track.

2. insert video envelope, select video super sampling, then motion blur subsampling.

3. A new track appears with a brown line. Add points like with other envelopes.

I haven't really tried it yet. I think SPOT wrote a tutorial which should be on his site somewhere.

It's on the Sundance Media Site, and on the DMN forums site as well. www.sundancemediagroup.com/help/kb and that will cause you to register, and you'll see in the tutorials, the Supersampling article/tutorial. You'll be blown away, guaranteed. This one feature alone is too awesome for restoring old works at odd frame rates, or up/downsampling.
