Video to Audio script for Vegas 6

Can someone please help? I need a script to take over 100 wmv files and extract the audio files as 48k WAV mono in Vegas 6.0. Is this an easy script to write? I have no idea! Thank you very much if you can help!

The batch renderer in the Veggie Toolkit should be able to handle that task.
